1.TYPE I OFFENSES
- (a)
Admin Abuse- (i)Abuse of Official Discords, Roblox Groups, Drive Documents, or other official property as designated by the Ridgeway National Guard
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (b)
Occupation within a Terrorist Organization- (i)Being a member of any organization that plans or plots to commit acts of terror, or otherwise rebel against the Ridgeway State Government
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (c)
Treason- (i)Attempting to assassinate an official of the State of Ridgeway or attempting to aide an enemy of the State of Ridgeway
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (d)
Espionage- (i)Leaking classified information of the Ridgeway National Guard, either publicly or privately, to individuals who are not privileged to view such material and information
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (e)
Bribery- (i)Shall be the act of receiving or solicitating any item of value, in exchange to influence yours or another person’s actions under official capacity.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (f)
Corruption- (i)The act of a person with official duties, and to acquire ill benefit, or abuse that person’s powers for one’s private gain
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (g)
Fraud- (i)The act of wrongful deception in order to provide for personal, or even National Guard gain.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (h)
Terms of Service Violations- (i)Any person who violates Roblox Terms of Service while in any experience owned by the State of Ridgeway.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (i)
Conduct Prejudicial to the Government- (i)Committing a felony against the County and State of Ridgeway.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (j)
Mutiny- (i)To usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (k)
Conspiracy to Commit Mutiny- (i)Conspiring with others to commit mutiny.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (l)
Murder- (i)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (ii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (iii)Any person subject to this chapter who, without justification or excuse, unlawfully kills a human being when he-
- i. Has a premeditated design to kill
- ii. Intends to kill or inflict great bodily harm
- iii. Is engaged in an act which is inherently dangerous to another and evinces a wanton disregard of human life
- (m)
Unlawful Release of Prisoners- (i)Any person who, without authority, releases a prisoner, or who, through neglect or design, allows a prisoner to escape.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (n)
Conspiracy- (i)Any person subject to this chapter who conspires with any other person to commit an offense under this type.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (o)
Discrimination on Gender, Ethnicity, or Religion- (i)Decide against or derogatory remarks that discriminate against an individual on the basis of their gender, ethnicity, or religion will result in a Dishonorable Discharge.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (p)
Assault Against a Superior Commissioned Officer- (i)Commissioned Officer shall refer to the definition as outlined in 2001.
- (ii)The act of intentionally causing great bodily harm against a Superior Commissioned Officer.
- (iii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iv)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
- (q)
Desertion- (i)The act of leaving official post without the proper authorization to do so or failing to follow all applicable regulations while leaving post.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (r)
Violating a Military Department Policy- (i)Any Guardsmen who knowingly or unknowingly breaches, breaks, or violates any Operational Regulation as set out by: , or policy set out by their respective Regiment, Battalion, Detachment, and Division.
- (ii)This violation may be committed while On-Duty
- (iii)This violation may be committed while Off-Duty
