STATE GUARD CODE OF CONDUCT SECTION 1

1.OFFENSES (SECTION ONE)

  • (a)Admin Abuse: Misuse of official discords, Roblox groups, drive documents, or other properties designated by the State Guard.
  • (b)Occupation within a Hostile Organization: Being affiliated with organizations planning or plotting to commit acts against the State of Ridgeway or its government.
  • (c)Treason: Acts or attempts to betray the State of Ridgeway or aid its enemies.
  • (d)Espionage: Unauthorized distribution of classified information related to the State Guard to unauthorized individuals.
  • (e)Exploiting: Using cheats or unfair advantages in any State of Ridgeway-related games.
  • (f)Bribery: The act or receiving or soliciting any item of value to influence actions under official capacity.
  • (g)Corruption: The act of acquiring ill benefit or abusing powers for personal gain.
  • (h)Fraud: Deception for personal or organizational gain.
  • (i)ToS Violations: Violating the ROBLOX Terms of Service while in any game owned by the State of Ridgeway.
  • (j)Conduct Prejudicial to the Government: Committing a felony against the County and State of Ridgeway.
  • (k)Mutiny: Usurping or overriding lawful military authority or refusing to obey orders.
  • (l)Conspiracy to commit Mutiny: Collaborating with others to commit mutiny.
  • (m)Murder: Unlawfully taking a life with premeditation, intent to harm, or disregard for human life.
  • (n)Unlawful Release of Prisoners: Releasing a prisoner without authority or allowing a prisoner to escape.
  • (o)Conspiracy: Collaborating with others to commit an offense.
  • (p)Discrimination: Acting against or making derogatory remarks discriminating against an individual based on their gender, ethnicity, or religion.
  • (q)Assault against Superior Officers: Intentionally causing harm against a superior commissioned officer.
  • (r)Desertion: Leaving an official post without proper authorization or not following regulations while leaving a post.
  • (s)Distribution: Distributing or trading State Guard equipment, whether on or off duty, is a severe violation.
  • (t)Unauthorized Deployment: Joining the State Guard team without proper permission or instruction, whether done knowingly or unknowingly. (u) Unauthorized Undeployment: Leaving the game or State Guard team, without undergoing the proper departure procedures, whether done intentionally or accidentally.
